From what I can see, all Ben has done is throw out a vague reference to the New Age movement in his critique of the Roadshow event.
That’s more than a little frustrating. Its certainly not helpful. If someone has a concern they should name it. Vague defamation by association is lacking in clarity at best, and weakwilled at worst.
I was at the event and didn’t hear anything I would deem specfically
“New Age”. So often these days people use this term like they do “terrorism”. Its a frightening reference that scares people away by its mere mention. But as with the terrorism discussion, often details are lacking.
And a culture of fear gets us nowhere.
So please, if you’re a crtic, we welcome you to the discussion…. But please, be specific.
